Booking Policy
Effective October 1, 2025
At Noctua Diem, your time and well-being are important to us — and so is the time of our therapists and other clients. To keep our schedule fair and accessible, we’ve updated our booking policy in line with standard practices across the wellness industry.
Deposits
A 50% deposit of the treatment cost is required when booking.
This ensures your time is reserved exclusively for you, and the deposit will be applied to your service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will simply move with you to your new appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show, your deposit will be forfeited. This helps us protect our therapists’ time and offer openings to others who may be waiting.
Confirmations
Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior. Unconfirmed appointments may be released.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we cannot accommodate your session. In such cases, the therapist may choose to continue with a shortened service at the full rate.
First-Time Clients
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete initial paperwork.

Gratuity is not included in listed prices.
